The application process |
|
| There is a two
stage application process. |
|
The Concept Note |
|
| First you must
prepare a concept note - to convince the Fund that |
|
- you have a project proposal which contributes toward improving
the enabling environment as set out in the Government's Economic
Recovery Strategy and meets the objectives of the Fund and
- the organisation is eligible
|
|
| A compelling
concept note will describe |
|
- the issue that you wish to address
- the way the world will look if you are successful; and
- the activities that you intend to undertake
|
|
| It is
anticipated that advocacy projects will follow the five step approach
though proposals do not need to cover every step. Rather, we encourage
organisations to undertake one or two steps and then reapply for further
support. |
Advocacy:
5 step approach |
| You can
download the Concept Note as a Word document to complete and return,
though interested BMOs are encouraged to contact the Fund to discuss
their idea before completing the form. |
Concept
note |
| You will find
guidance to assist with completing the concept note in the Guidelines
for Applicants |

for applicants |
The application form |
|
| Once your
concept note has been approved, you will be invited to complete a
detailed application form. This is intended to provide information about
how you will manage the project, the budget and the milestones. |
Application
form |
| As with the
concept note, there is guidance available in the Guidelines for
Applicants and the Fund Manager is able to provide detailed advice and
assistance. |
|
|
|
| If you feel
that you need support, then feel free to contact the Business Advocacy
Fund and we will do our very best to provide the support that you need. |
